Ingredients

  • 1 - medium sized Cauliflower
  • For batter:
  • 1/2 cup - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - Maida
  • 3 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric powder
  • salt
  • How to Make Grilled Gobi 65:

    1. Preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius.
    2. Half boil cauliflower in water with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, keep aside.
    3. Then mix all the above ingredients with a little water to form a thick batter.
    4. Dip in the cauliflower florets and marinate it for 15 - 30 mins.
    5. Spread 1 tsp of oil on the baking sheet. Place the marinated pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Grill it for 15 - 20 mins in broil/grill mode, turning in between.
