Ingredients

  • 4 lobsters, head, tail and vein removed
  • salt to taste
  • For the marinade:
  • 6-7 red chillies
  • 1/2 inch - fresh turmeric
  • 1 tbsp. - coriander seeds
  • 1 tbsp.- fennel
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 2 tsp - mustard oil
  • For garnishing:
  • 3 tbsp. - fried onions (optional)

How to Make Grilled lobsters

  • Grind all the ingredients for the marinade and rub on the lobsters. Keep aside for 4-5 mins.
  • Place the lobsters on a sizzler tray and bake in an oven at 160 degrees C for 3-4 mins.
  • Serve piping hot, garnished with fried onions.
