  • 1 kg - Meat
  • 1/2 bunch - Parsley
  • 5 g - ground black pepper
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander
  • 5 g - cumin
  • 5 - medium Onions
  • salt
  • How to Make Grilled Meat Kofta:

    1. Cut the meat into small pieces.
    2. Chop the coriander, parsley and onions.
    3. Add the spices and salt to the meat and mince until you get a soft and pasty mixture.
    4. Take small portions of the mixture and pat them into sausage shape around skewers and grill on a strong heat until the meat is cooked and gets a brown colour.
    5. Serve with kuboos (Arabic bread).
