Ingredients

  • 1 kg - meat
  • 1/2 bunch - parsley
  • 5 g - ground black pepper
  • 1/2 bunch - coriander
  • 5 g - cumin
  • 5 - medium onions
  • salt

How to Make Grilled Meat Kofta

  • Cut the meat into small pieces.
  • Chop the coriander, parsley and onions.
  • Add the spices and salt to the meat and mince until you get a soft and pasty mixture.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and pat them into sausage shape around skewers and grill on a strong heat until the meat is cooked and gets a brown colour.
  • Serve with kuboos (Arabic bread).
