Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken, leg pieces
  • 2 tsp - kasoori methi, crushed
  • 1 tsp - white pepper
  • 2 tbsp - Curd
  • 1 tsp - Cream
  • 2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • To taste - salt
  • How to Make Grilled Methi Chicken:

    1. Marinate the chicken leg pieces with all the other ingredients and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.
    2. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C for 15 mins and grill the marinated leg pieces (drain the excess water and marinade) for 20-25 mins.
    3. Turn the leg pieces and again grill for 10 mins.
    4. Apply butter/oil/cream on the top.
    5. Check for the completeness, and if required, grill for another 5 mins.
    6. Serve hot with lemon, onions and rumali roti.
