  • fish steaks - 4
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • low fat yogurt or curds - 2 tbsp
  • sweet Corn cob - 1
  • Olive oil to brush
  • salt to taste

How to Make Grilled Sweet Corn and Curried Fish Steaks

  • Mix the curry powder with tomato puree and yogurt or curd.
  • Add salt and apply on fish steaks.
  • Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cut the corn cob into four pieces.
  • Brush the fish and corn with olive oil and grill till cooked.
  • Serve with a low fat onion and chilli dip.
