Ingredients

  • 500 gms - tofu
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - honey
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1 tsp - dry mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp - lemon rind finely grated
  • 1 tbsp - roasted sesame seeds
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Grilled Tofu with Lemon and Honey

  • Cut tofu into 2-inch cubes.
  • Mix together honey, soya sauce, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper and the tofu.
  • Grill the tofu pieces and brush with olive oil.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  • Then turn over and brush it with olive oil.
  • Cook for a further 5 minutes.
  • Serve it hot garnished with lemon rind, and roasted sesame seeds.
