Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Tofu
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - dry mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp - Lemon rind finely grated
  • 1 tbsp - roasted sesame seeds
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Grilled Tofu with Lemon and Honey:

    1. Cut tofu into 2-inch cubes.
    2. Mix together honey, soya sauce, lemon juice, herbs, salt and pepper and the tofu.
    3. Grill the tofu pieces and brush with olive oil.
    4. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
    5. Then turn over and brush it with olive oil.
    6. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
    7. Serve it hot garnished with lemon rind, and roasted sesame seeds.
