Ingredients

  • 2 - flour tortillas (burrito size)
  • 1/2 cup - salsa
  • 1/2 cup - Onion and capsicum, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - cooked chick peas
  • Sour cream, a dollop (optional)
  • 2 tbsp - cheddar cheese (optional)
  • How to Make Grilled Veggie Burrito:

    1. Heat a pan. Add a tsp of oil and fry onions, capsicum till they are cooked. Set aside.
    2. In another pan, heat the tortillas.
    3. In the centre of each tortilla, place a handful of salsa, cooked onions and capsicum, cooked chick peas, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
    4. Wrap the burrito and serve.
