  • 2 cups - peanuts
  • 3/4 cup - jaggery
  • 1 cup - water

How to Make Ground Nut and Jaggery balls

  • Boil jaggery with a little water and when it dissolves, strain and remove the dirt.
  • Boil the jaggery again and when it reaches the required consistency, add the roasted peanuts and mix well
  • Wet the hands, and take small quantity of the peanut-jaggery mixture and make it to equal sized balls.
