Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - White jaggery
  • 300 g - Crushed ground nuts
  • 1 tsp - Ghee.

How to Make Groundnut Toffee

  • Melt the jaggery in a thick-bottomed vessel with 1 cup of water until it forms a thick syrup.
  • Now add the crushed ground nuts and the ghee and cook on low heat until the mixture forms a ball and leaves the sides of the vessel.
  • Pour onto a greased plate and spread it with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Let it cool, and cut into squares.
