Ingredients

  • 1 - Wheat flour tortilla (buy in special stores)
  • guacamole
  • 1 - Avocado (almost ripe, skinned and cubed)
  • 1 - spanish Onion (peeled and finely diced)
  • 1 - small red or Green chilli (deseeded and finely diced)
  • 1/2 inch - Ginger (finely grated)
  • 1 tbs - Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Guacamole Stuffed Tortilla

  • Mix all the ingredients for the guacamole. Spread thinly about 2/3 area of the tortilla. Roll firmly to get a roll.
  • Serve cold or warm (cut half diagonally or thick)
