How to Make Guava Chutney (Jamakaya Pachadi)

  • Grind 4 red chillies, 6 methi seeds, add salt, tamarind pulp, turmeric and make a paste.
  • Add guava pieces and grind coarsely. Don't make very smooth paste.
  • Add tempered rai, urad dal, jeera, asafoetida. Mix well and garnish with coriander.
  • Goes well with chapatti and hot rice.
