Ingredients

  • 1 - ripe Guava
  • Ginger - a thin slice
  • 1-2 - Green chillies
  • 3 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Lime juice
  • Chilli powder to state
  • Salt as required

How to Make Guava Chutney

  • Wash and cut the guava.
  • Remove the seeds.
  • Chop the guava and put it in a grinder along with rest of the ingredients.
  • Grind to a smooth paste.
