  • 2 - potatoes (big)
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - lemon juice
  • Curry leaves

How to Make Gujarati Aloo

  • Peel the boiled potatoes and cut it into even size cubes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder, boiled potatoes, salt, sugar and lemon juice.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve hot.
