  • 5 slices - bread
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 5 tbsp - Ghee
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • Water for syrup
  • How to Make Gulab Jamun from Bread:

    1. Trim the bread slices and dip in milk. Squeeze out most of the milk and make balls.
    2. Make sure they are not too wet and fry in 5 tbsp ghee.
    3. Do not make them too dark in colour.
    4. Prepare a sugar syrup and soak the roasted balls.
    5. Gulab jamun is ready.
