How to Make Gulpaan Dates
Mash the paans, without the supari, in a mixer.
Now, spread the lightly crushed paans in a plate and let them dry.
Crush khova with hands, in a pan.
Then cook it on a slow fire, stirring continuously.
When it reaches a soft lump like consistency, take it off from the fire.
Now mix in the mashed and dried paan and blend it well.
Now make a vertical slit in each date.
Stuff the mixture into the dates.
Now over with the silver foil.
Cool in the refrigerator.
Serve as an after dinner mouth cleanser and digestive aid.
