Ingredients

  • Boiled Potato - 500 g
  • Roasted sesame - 100 g
  • Lemon juice - 3 tsps
  • 12 - chopped Green chillies
  • 3 - medium size Onions sliced thinly
  • 2 - radishes sliced thinly
  • 3 - Tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 4 tsp - chopped coriander
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Gurkhali Chutney

  • Cube the boiled potato.
  • Powder the roasted til.
  • Mix all the ingredients and add lemon juice. Stir well.
  • Serve with rotis.
