Ingredients

  • 30 pieces - glucose biscuits
  • 1 cup - Corn flour
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 2 tsp - drinking chocolate/cocoa
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 3 cups - Milk
  • 2 tbsp - melted Butter

How to Make Guucose Biscuit Pudding

  • Heat butter in a pan. Add milk, then corn flour, sugar, baking powder and drinking chocolate. Stir continuously until the mixture is semi-solid.
  • Once the pudding mixture is ready, let it cool until lukewarm.
  • Pour a one-inch layer of the pudding mixture in a bowl.
  • Place a layer of biscuits on top.
  • Add a layer of pudding over it and then a layer of biscuits again.
  • Place in a freezer for an hour.
