Ingredients

  • 500g - baby Potatoes (cooked and peeled)
  • 2 - medium Onions finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - Oil
  • 3 tsp - Cream cheese (optional)
  • To grind together:
  • 1 cup - spinach, cooked
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 bunch - green coriander
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • 2 - Cloves Garlic (optional)
  • How to Make Hara Aloo:

    1. Heat oil and add onion. Fry till pale.
    2. Add potatoes and fry till golden brown or 5 mins.
    3. Add ground mixture, salt, 1/2 cup water and boil for 5 mins.
    4. Add salt, cream cheese and cook for 2 mins.
