Ingredients

  • 1 - Cauliflower
  • 1 bunch - Spring onion
  • 2 - big Cardamoms
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 5 to 6 - Mint leaves
  • 5-6 - Green chillies
  • 1 inch - Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Cashew nut powder (optional)
  • How to Make Hara Cauliflower Masala:

    1. Make a paste of the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger and cardamoms.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and then add cinnamon and spring onions.
    3. After sauteeing the onion, add the paste and cook it well until oil separates.
    4. Add 2 tbsp cashewnut powder and cauliflower.
    5. Add some water and let the cauliflower cook well in the masala.
    6. Ready to serve.
