How to Make Hara Cauliflower Masala

  • Make a paste of the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger and cardamoms.
  • Heat oil in a pan and then add cinnamon and spring onions.
  • After sauteeing the onion, add the paste and cook it well until oil separates.
  • Add 2 tbsp cashewnut powder and cauliflower.
  • Add some water and let the cauliflower cook well in the masala.
  • Ready to serve.
