  • 500 g Bhavnagar chilli
  • 100 g pitkire
  • 200 g khova (milk mava)
  • 200 g Sugar
  • A pinch elaichi powder
  • 150 g - mixed dry fruits
  • Silver wark
  • Dry Coconut powder
  • 150 ml - pure Ghee

How to Make Hari Mirch Ka Halwa

  • Slit the chillies, remove the seeds and chop them.
  • Powder the pitkere powder. Add 30 g in water and soak the chilli in it for 30 mins.
  • Then put the chillies and the water on the stove, cook for 20 mins. Drain and wash.
  • Heat ghee in another pan, add crushed elaichi. Then add boiled chilli and stir for 2 mins.
  • Then add mava, sugar, coconut powder and cook till thick.
  • Once done, spread on a plate and garnish with silver wark and dry fruits.
