Add the prepared spinach paste and crushed green peas.
Soak bread slices in water, squeeze to remove excess water, mash and add to this mixture.
Add all the remaining ingredients except poppy seeds and oil.
Now make balls of this mixture and make circular, oval or heart shapes.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and shallow fry in a non-stick pan.
Serve with tomato sauce.
