  • 1 cup - diced Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup each - diced potatoes, peas, Carrots
  • 3 tbsp - Pineapple juice
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise sauce
  • White pepper
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Hawaian Potato Salad

  • Boil vegetables.
  • Take a bowl, add pineapple and boiled vegetables.
  • Take another bowl, add mayonnaise sauce, a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the dressing to the mixed vegetables and fruits.
  • Add pineapple juice. Toss it gently.
  • Serve chilled.
