Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Avocado (pulp)
  • 2 cups - chillid Milk
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla extract
  • a handful of ice cubes
  • How to Make Healthy Avocado Milkshake:

    1. Cut avocados into two and scoop out the pulp with a large spoon.
    2. Put the pulp in a blender. Add chilled milk, sugar and vanilla extract and beat well.
    3. Serve with ice cubes.
