  • 1.5 cups - rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp - Mixed seeds (flax seeds, sesame seeds, Pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 tbsp - Almond flakes
  • 10 - Cashew nuts (broken into small pieces)
  • 1/4 cup - Mixed dry fruits (black and golden raisins, apricots, pineapples)
  • 3/4 cup - Honey
  • 2 tbsp - Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • A pinch Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • How to Make Healthy Breakfast Bar:

    1. Dry roast the rolled oats, mixed seeds, mixed dry fruits, almond flakes, cashew nuts until you get a nice aroma; transfer to a plate.
    2. In the same pan, heat the butter, honey, sugar, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, vanilla essence and cook until it starts bubbling.
    3. Add the roasted oats mixture immediately and simmer until the mixture can be taken of the pan easily.
    4. Immediately, transfer to a baking sheet lined over a baking pan.
    5. With a spatula press well to form a rectangle.
    6. Let it cool completely and slice into bars or squares.
    7. Serve with a cup of your favourite drink.
