  • 4 fresh carrots
  • 4 cups fat free plain yogurt
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 tsp roasted jeera powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt and black salt - as per taste
  • 2.5 tbsp sugar (or as per taste)
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1.5 tbsp chopped green chillies
  • 5-6 curry leaves
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  • 2.5 tsp oil

How to Make Healthy Carrot and yogurt salad

  • Mix the yogurt and water.
  • Saute all the other ingredients in some oil and add to the yogurt.
