Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 2 - cucumbers, grated
  • 1 tsp - chilli Garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • How to Make Healthy Cucumber Dosa:

    1. Soak the rice for 1 hour; grind it and add salt and chilli garlic paste to it.
    2. Keep aside for 15 minutes and add cucumber to it.
    3. Take a spoonful of this batter and spread it on a hot pan.
    4. Top some butter and coriander on it and peel it off the pan.
    5. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
