How to Make

  • Heat oil in a non stick fry pan.
  • Fry garlic till fragrant.
  • Stir fry all the vegetables till tender crisp.
  • Add all the ingredients till roasted almond.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Add MSG, sugar and salt.
  • Cook oats in chicken stock for 2-3 minutes and pour over the chicken and vegetable mixture and serve immediately.
