Ingredients

  • soya or Olive oil - 1 tbsp
  • minced Garlic - 2 tsp
  • Carrot - 1.5 cup, thinly sliced
  • Capsicum - 1.5 cup, diced
  • Leeks - 1.5 cup, sliced
  • cooked Chicken breast - 1.5 cup, flake
  • chili flakes - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 1 tsp
  • roasted Almonds - 3 tbsp
  • skimmed Chicken stock - 1 cup
  • quick cooking oats - 2 tbsp
  • MSG a pinch
  • Sugar a pinch
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Healthy Dragon Chicken:

    1. Heat oil in a non stick fry pan.
    2. Fry garlic till fragrant.
    3. Stir fry all the vegetables till tender crisp.
    4. Add all the ingredients till roasted almond.
    5. Remove from fire.
    6. Add MSG, sugar and salt.
    7. Cook oats in chicken stock for 2-3 minutes and pour over the chicken and vegetable mixture and serve immediately.
