Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Grapes
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 - Orange
  • 1 tbsp - Honey
  • 1/8 tsp - Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 cup - Chilled water
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Healthy Fruit Juice:

    1. Wash the grapes and peel and deseed the orange .
    2. Mix all the ingredients except honey in a mixer and blend them.
    3. Strain with a medium strainer- should not be too fine.
    4. Now mix the honey and stir well.
    5. Serve chilled.
