Ingredients

  • 2 - medium carrots, well chopped
  • 1 - Onion chopped
  • 10 - Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - besan
  • 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • Some green coriander, well chopped
  • 4 tsp - Mustard oil
  • 1 cup - water
  • How to Make Healthy Hurry Chelka:

    1. In a bowl, mix besan and wheat flour.
    2. Add all the remaining ingredients (except oil) and mix it well.
    3. Heat a non-stick pan, add 2 tsp oil. Place the dough on it and spread it out.
    4. After 2 mins, apply 2 tsps oil on it and flip it to cook on the other side.
    5. Serve with tomato sauce.
