Ingredients

  • 1 - Readymade, veg pizza base, thawed
  • 1 tbsp - Yellow moong dal
  • 1 tbsp - Bean sprouts
  • Mix Together:
  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli Garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Grated Paneer
  • 1 tbsp - Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp - Finely chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tsp - Chopped stuffed Olives
  • 1 tsp - Chopped, Spring onion greens
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Healthy Moong Dal and Sprouts Pizza

  • Boil the dal and sprouts in water, for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain and spread on a kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture.
  • Sprinkle dal and beans on pizza
  • Sprinkle tossed mixture over readymade pizza base.
  • Grill in a hot grill for 5 mins or until the base is crisp.
  • Serve hot.
