  • 2 bunches of spinach
  • 1 medium sized potato
  • 150 g bottle gourd
  • 1 tbsp of fresh cream for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder

How to Make Healthy palak soup

  • Cut and clean the spinach leaves and blanch it.
  • Pressure cook the potato and bottle gourd.
  • Grind the cooked spinach, boiled potato and bottle gourd into a paste.
  • Boil in a pan, add salt and pepper powder.
  • While serving garnish with cream.
