In a pressure cooker, put some oil and heat it. Then put jeera & karipatta leaves and add all the vegetables and soya chunks which was soaked in hot water for some time. Add all the masalas & tomatoes and mix them well.
Cover with the lid and let there be 1 whistle and then take it off from heat.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
