Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - soya chunks
  • 1/2 cup - capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - mixed vegetables
  • 2 pieces - tomatoes
  • 1 tsp - haldi
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - jeera & some karipatta and coriander leaves

How to Make Healthy Sabji

  • In a pressure cooker, put some oil and heat it. Then put jeera & karipatta leaves and add all the vegetables and soya chunks which was soaked in hot water for some time. Add all the masalas & tomatoes and mix them well.
  • Cover with the lid and let there be 1 whistle and then take it off from heat.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
