How to Make Herb and Vegetable Stir Fry

  • Melt butter in a frying pan, add bay leaf and after few second, add onion, stir fry till onion is soft.
  • Add all the vegetables except the zucchini.
  • Sprinkle with salt and stir fry till vegetables are tender crisp.
  • Add zucchini and herbs, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add pepper and all the sauces.
  • Mix well, cook briefly and serve with hot garlic cheese toast.
