Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 100 g - beans
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • 3 - baby Corns
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - panch phoran powder
  • 1 tsp - dried herbs (basil, mint, dill, oregano, thyme)
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • 1 sprig - coriander
  • 1 sprig - Mint leaves

How to Make

  • Wash and soak rice in water for half an hour.
  • Cook in salted boiling water till done. Drain and keep aside.
  • De-seed and chop capsicum.
  • Chop beans, cook peas and cut corn into 1 cm slices.
  • Peel garlic and crush them. Clean and chop coriander and mint leaves.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and stir fry.
  • Add corn, capsicum, beans, peas and soya sauce and stir.
  • Add panch phoran powder and mixed herbs. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add rice and mix well. Add chopped coriander and mint.
  • Finally, add salt and pepper powder and mix.
  • Serve hot.
