Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 100 g - beans
  • 4 Cloves - Garlic
  • 3 - baby Corns
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - panch phoran powder
  • 1 tsp - dried herbs (basil, mint, dill, oregano, thyme)
  • 1/2 cup - Green peas
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • 1 sprig - coriander
  • 1 sprig - Mint leaves
  • How to Make Herbal Vegetable Fried Rice:

    1. Wash and soak rice in water for half an hour.
    2. Cook in salted boiling water till done. Drain and keep aside.
    3. De-seed and chop capsicum.
    4. Chop beans, cook peas and cut corn into 1 cm slices.
    5. Peel garlic and crush them. Clean and chop coriander and mint leaves.
    6. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and stir fry.
    7. Add corn, capsicum, beans, peas and soya sauce and stir.
    8. Add panch phoran powder and mixed herbs. Cook for 1 minute.
    9. Add rice and mix well. Add chopped coriander and mint.
    10. Finally, add salt and pepper powder and mix.
    11. Serve hot.
