Ingredients

  • Celery - 2 stalk with leaves, chopped
  • Carrots - 2, sliced
  • Onion - 1, chopped
  • mixed herbs few
  • Bay Leaf - 1
  • water - 1 litre
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • black pepper Corns - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Herbed Vegetable Stock:

    1. Combine all the ingredients in a vessel, cover and bring to a boil.
    2. Simmer for 15 minutes and strain.
    3. Wash well and use with the peel.
