Ingredients

  • 5 - Hibiscus flowers (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 2 cups - Water
  • 1/4 cup - Lemon juice
  • 1/4tsp - Salt
  • Ice cubes

How to Make Hibiscus Juice

  • Boil the hibiscus flower in water.
  • Turn off the stove and keep aside for an hour.
  • Strain the water, add sugar, salt, lemon juice and enough chilled water/ ice cubes and serve.
