  • 1 cup - ginger, chopped roughly
  • 1 cup - Garlic flakes (big)
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • 3/4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Home-made Ginger Garlic Paste

  • Peel the ginger and garlic.
  • Grind the ginger for a minute with turmeric and oil, then add the garlic.
  • Grind to a smooth paste.
  • Transfer the paste to a clean, airtight container and keep refrigerated.
  • Use whenever you need.
