Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - salad oil
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - pepper

How to Make Home Made Mayonnaise

  • Blend the eggs in a blender and add vinegar, sugar and pepper | Now add the salad oil very slowly, pouring oil drop by drop, blending all the time.
  • Keep blending till the right consistency is reached.
  • Use as salad dressing, in sandwiches, burgers etc.
