Ingredients

  • 1 kg - ground pork
  • 2 pieces - cinnamon
  • 4 - cloves
  • 1/2 tsp - nutmeg powder
  • salt
  • 2 tsp - pepper corns
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves (optional)
  • 3 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • sufficient quantity - casing

How to Make Home-made pepper sausages

  • Roughly powder the cinnamon, cloves and pepper.
  • Mix all the ingredients together well and stuff it into the casing.
