Ingredients

  • 750 g - whole meal flour
  • 15 g - Sugar
  • 15 g - fat
  • 15 g - salt
  • 20 g - Dry yeast
  • 750 g - lukewarm water
  • For brushing:
  • 5 g - fat
  • How to Make Homemade Bread:

    1. Dissolve yeast in a little lukewarm water.
    2. Use the remaining lukewarm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
    3. Add yeast liquid and sugar-salt solution to the sieved wholemeal flour.
    4. Add fat and knead well.
    5. Divide into round balls.
    6. Roll, mould and pan the dough.
    7. Leave the dough under a wet cloth, for the dough to rise (at least for 45 minutes.)
    8. Spray the surface lightly with water.
    9. Bake at 205 degree C for 30 minutes.
    10. Brush with fat after baking.
