  • 750 g - whole meal flour
  • 15 g - sugar
  • 15 g - fat
  • 15 g - salt
  • 20 g - dry yeast
  • 750 g - lukewarm water
  • For brushing:
  • 5 g - fat

How to Make Homemade Bread

  • Dissolve yeast in a little lukewarm water.
  • Use the remaining lukewarm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
  • Add yeast liquid and sugar-salt solution to the sieved wholemeal flour.
  • Add fat and knead well.
  • Divide into round balls.
  • Roll, mould and pan the dough.
  • Leave the dough under a wet cloth, for the dough to rise (at least for 45 minutes.)
  • Spray the surface lightly with water.
  • Bake at 205 degree C for 30 minutes.
  • Brush with fat after baking.
