Ingredients

  • 1 Cup - Milk
  • 1 tsp - Old Curd
  • How to Make Homemade Curd:

    1. Warm milk.
    2. You should be able to dip your fingertips in it.
    3. Add 1 tsp of old curd to the milk.
    4. Stir well.
    5. With the help of two containers, mix the milk. i.e., pour from one container to the other.
    6. Repeat this step 2-3 times, such that foam is formed on top of the milk.
    7. Keep it at room temperature or in a place which is warm.
    8. After about 8-9 hours, curd is formed.
    9. Now store this in refrigerator.
