  • 1 large cup - fruit pulp
  • 1 large cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - citric acid
  • 1/4 tsp - or less essence
  • Few drops colours
  • How to Make Homemade Fruit Jam:

    1. Add sugar to fruit pulp and cook on high flame.
    2. When sugar dissolves completely, add citric acid.
    3. Stir and cook till thick.
    4. Add colour and essence while hot.
