  • 1 - big Mango (chopped roughly)
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • How to Make Homemade Mango Jam:

    1. Grind the mango cubes in a mixie until smooth.
    2. In a non-stick pan, add mango puree, sugar and lime juice.
    3. Keep stirring for at least 15-25 minutes, till the water mixture turns to a jam consistency.
    4. The mixture will turn glossy at this stage. Turn off from heat.
    5. Cool completely and store in a clean airtight container.
    6. Keep refrigerated after a day.
