Ingredients

  • For the pizza:
  • 225 g - flour
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 15 g - yeast, mixed with 4 to 5 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 150 ml - evaporated Milk
  • 2 tbsp - margarine
  • For the filling:
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato sauce
  • 1 packet - grated cheese
  • 2 - large onions, cut into rings
  • 1 cup - Chicken pieces
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp -margarine, melted
  • How to Make Homemade Mini Pizza:

    1. Mix yeast in hot water and leave it to ferment.
    2. In a bowl, put in the flour, salt and sugar.
    3. Mix with milk and yeast.
    4. Add butter.
    5. Knead until dough becomes soft and pliable.
    6. Leave the dough to rise double in size.
    7. For the filling:
    8. Mix chicken with the beaten egg, along with salt and pepper powder.
    9. Leave aside.
    10. Punch into the dough with your hands and knead again.
    11. Make equal sized balls (as big as you want) and flatten the dough with a rolling pin.
    12. Sprinkle with flour if the dough is sticky.
    13. Put the mini round dough in a greased flat baking pan.
    14. Brush the mini pizza, with tomato sauce.
    15. Add in a bit of chicken pieces in the centre, top with onion rings and grated cheese.
    16. Sprinkle a bit of melted margarine, to get a crunchy taste.
    17. Do the same to all the other pizza.
    18. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degree C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
    19. You can serve with chilli sauce.
