Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Black peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Toor dal
  • 1 tbsp - Channa dal
  • 1/4 tsp - Fenugreek seeds
  • 5 - Dry Red chillies
  • 3 sprigs - Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder

How to Make Homemade Rasam Powder

  • Dry roast, each ingredient individually, on simmer except the turmeric powder.
  • Let cool and grind into a (bit) coarse powder with turmeric powder.
  • Store in air tight bottle.
  • Use as per need.
