Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 cup - Black Peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Toor Dal
  • 1 tbsp - Channa dal
  • 1/4 tsp - Fenugreek seeds
  • 5 - Dry Red Chillies
  • 3 sprigs - Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • How to Make Homemade Rasam Powder:

    1. Dry roast, each ingredient individually, on simmer except the turmeric powder.
    2. Let cool and grind into a (bit) coarse powder with turmeric powder.
    3. Store in air tight bottle.
    4. Use as per need.
