Ingredients

  • 4 cups - whole Milk
  • 1 tbsp - starter yogurt
  • How to Make Homemade Yogurt:

    1. Bring milk to a boil.
    2. Allow it to cool to slightly warmer than lukewarm.
    3. Add starter yogurt and blend together with a hand blender or whisk.
    4. Transfer to a container with a tight fitting lid.
    5. Preheat oven to 180 degrees F and switch the oven off.
    6. Place container with milk in the warm oven and set timer for 3.5 hours.
    7. After 3.5 hours, remove yogurt from the oven and store in refrigerator.
