Ingredients

  • 500 grams - boneless chicken, cut into medium sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - all spice powder or Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp - Honey
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Honey Glazed Boneless Chicken Bake:

    1. Wash the chicken well.
    2. Mix ginger-garlic paste, corn flour, chilli powder, all spice powder, lemon juice, honey and salt and marinate the chicken with this mixture for about 20 minutes.
    3. Transfer to a buttered baking dish.
    4. Dot butter all over.
    5. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees ) for about 40-45 minutes, then remove from the oven.
    6. Heat the honey slightly with 1 tsp lemon juice and mix with the baked chicken.
    7. Serve as a starter or appetizer.
