  • 8 to 10 - Carrots
  • 4 tsp - Honey
  • 2 tbsp - Cooking Oil
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Honey Glazed Carrots

  • Wash and peel carrots. Cut into cubes of equal size.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry carrots until golden.
  • Add honey and fry again for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
  • Add salt and pepper powder accordingly after frying.
  • Serve chilled with tomato sauce.
