  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup - roasted walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup - roasted almonds (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - honey
  • 1 small brick - vanilla ice cream
  • For garnishing:
  • A few sprigs of mint
  • Glazed cherries, chopped

  • Sprinkle lemon juice on bananas to prevent discolouration.
