Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup - Butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup - natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Honey
  • 1 tbsp - vanilla extract
  • 1 cup - sifted whole Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - dry Milk powder
  • 1/2 cup - Wheat bran
  • 1 tsp - baking soda
  • How to Make Honey Wheat Cookies:

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F (175 C).
    2. In a medium sized bowl, mix butter and peanut butter till they are smooth.
    3. Mix honey, egg and vanilla.
    4. Combine wholewheat flour, dry milk powder, wheat bran and baking soda; stir into the peanut butter mixture.
    5. Drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased baking sheets.
    6. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven or till the edges begin to brown.
    7. Remove from baking sheet to cool on wire racks.
